1. Overview

TRU Solar Cancellation is operated by Strive LeadGen LLC, a Texas limited liability company, which is responsible for your personal information. This policy describes how TRU Solar Cancellation collects, uses, shares and protects personal information from visitors to and customers of trusolarcancellation.com. Using the Site or buying the Solar Exit Document Package means you accept the practices described here.

2. What we collect

Information you give us directly:

• Name and email address, taken at checkout for order confirmation and delivery
• Billing address, taken at checkout for payment processing and tax calculation
• Anything you write to us at support@trusolarcancellation.com

Information collected automatically:

• Browser type and version, operating system and device type
• IP address, used for fraud prevention and rough geographic location
• Pages visited, time on page and referring URL

What we never see. We do not collect your card details or banking information. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe. TRU never sees, stores or has access to your full card information at any point.

3. How we use it

• Order fulfilment. Processing payment through Stripe, delivering the package, sending confirmation and download access
• Support. Answering questions about the package, the purchase or download access
• Operations. Preventing fraud, debugging the Site, keeping it secure
• Analytics. Understanding how the Site is used in aggregate so it can be improved
• Legal compliance. Meeting applicable law and lawful requests from authorities

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising unrelated to this product.

4. Who we share it with

• Stripe, payment processing. Your payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, Inc., which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. Their policy is at stripe.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare, hosting and analytics. The Site is a static build served by Cloudflare Pages, and site analytics are Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track visitors across sites. Their policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Common ownership. TRU Solar Cancellation and SolarPanelExit.com share common ownership. Any favorable mention of TRU on that site is a related-party endorsement, not an independent review. Personal information collected here is not shared with that site unless you explicitly opt in, for example by subscribing to a newsletter on either one.
• Legal compliance. We may share information where required by law, court order or government request.

5. How long we keep it

• Order records, meaning name, email, billing address and purchase date, are kept for 7 years for tax and audit purposes
• Email correspondence is kept for about 3 years
• Analytics data is aggregated and is not tied to an identifiable person

6. Cookies

The Site itself sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless by design. Stripe sets cookies necessary for checkout and fraud prevention when you reach the payment page. You can control cookies in your browser, though blocking them may break checkout.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct it if it is wrong
• Delete it, subject to the retention requirements in Section 5
• Receive a copy of it in a portable format

California residents. Under the CCPA and CPRA you have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

EU and UK residents. Our legal bases are contractual necessity for order fulfilment, legitimate interests for analytics and fraud prevention, and consent where consent applies. You may withdraw consent, lodge a complaint with your data protection authority, and request restriction of processing.

8. Security

The Site is served over TLS, payment is handled by Stripe rather than by us, and the Site is static, which means there is no customer database sitting behind it to breach. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we do not claim otherwise.

9. Children

The Solar Exit Document Package is sold only to adults and the Site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

TRU is based in the United States. If you use the Site from outside the United States your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, and by using the Site you consent to that transfer.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, the last updated date at the top of this page changes, and for material changes we may notify recent customers by email. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept it.
